We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from 5 Star Truck Parts. If something isn’t right, we’ll do our best to make it right!
Returns
Most of our items can be returned for a refund within 30 days of delivery. If you miss the 30-day window, don’t worry! You can receive store credit, which never expires! Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable, and return shipping costs will apply.
Return Conditions:
- Items must be returned in their original, undamaged condition.
- No dents, scratches, or removal of protective materials.
- If originally delivered disassembled, please return it in the same condition.
- Items must be sent back in their original packaging. If the packaging is damaged, a similar-sized box may be used.
- All returns must be approved by our customer service team before being processed. You can submit your return request by clicking the “Start My Return” button on this page.
- Orders can be canceled prior to shipment.
- Return shipping costs will be deducted from the refund unless the item arrived damaged or defective. In such cases, we will work with you to find the best possible solution.
- Refunds will be processed using the original payment method once the return is received and inspected.
