Shipping Information

Processing Time

We typically process and ship orders within 1-2 business days if the item is in stock. However, this timeframe may vary depending on the product. Most orders ship from our warehouse in Texas, but in some cases, items may ship directly from the supplier, which could result in a 1-2 day delay. If an item is unavailable and cannot be shipped within a reasonable timeframe, our team will contact you with an updated shipping date. If the new shipping date does not work for you, you may choose to cancel your order for a full refund.

Track Your Order

Once your order is processed and shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number. Depending on the shipping carrier (USPS, UPS, FedEx), you can track your order using their respective websites. Delivery times vary based on the shipping method and order size.

Store Pickup

We offer in-store pickup at our 622 NHwy 146 La Porte, TX 77571, USA location. To arrange a pickup, simply give us a call at 281-941-4008. If the item is in stock, we will prepare your order for pickup.

Oversized/Freight Shipping

For large or freight/LTL shipments, our team will contact you to provide an updated shipping quote. Additional freight charges may apply and must be paid before delivery proceeds.
